1. Where is Hostel Pisa Tower located ?
Hostel Pisa Tower is located in the City Centre in via Piave 4, just 1 minute and 50 seconds walk from the famous Leaning Tower ! Don't believe us ? Watch this video !

2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
You are welcome to check-in between 02.00pm and 00:30am*, while check-out on your departure date is at 10:30am .

3. What happens if I arrive out of opening hours ?
If you arrive before 02:00pm, you may leave your luggage in our luggage room until the official check-in time.  If instead you expect to arrive late, past the last check-in time  (00:30am), you must inform us in advance, preferably by 11:00pm on your arrival date.  If you fail to contact us and arrive  late, we are unfortunately forced to cancel your reservation :(
 

4. What's that you said about the luggage room?
Our luggage room is free of charge during your stay.  On the day of your departure, after 10:30am, your bags can be stored until midnight for the cost of 1Euro per bag.
 

5. Is there a Lock-out?
Yes. Hostel Pisa Tower shuts temporarily between 11:00am and 02:00pm - we have a daily turn over so the best way to keep the Hostel clean is to empty it, so that we can clean deeper and quicker!
 

6. What is included in the price?
Fresh Linen, Locker, Wifi ( fiber high-speed internet up to 30 mb/s !), 24h hot showers, Tour Guided Map, X-BOX, Ping Pong table, BBQ facilities and  access to our lively, green solarium terrace !  Check out our list of facilities.
 

7. Is there air conditioning ?
Yes, each room is provided with new silent air conditioning units so that you can sleep comfortably.
 

8. Is there WI-Fi all over the property?
Yes, of course ! Internet is provided by two powerful routers. It is possible to use your laptop or smartphone everywhere, in your room, on your bed, in the sitting room, in the breakfast area, in the garden and also on the top of the amazing solarium terrace !! Moreover, you can plug your pc directly to the internet using our LAN !
 

9. Where can I store my valuables?
You will find that there is a locker per bed, where you can keep valuable personal belongings stored using a padlock.  If you do not have a padlock, we sell them at reception - you just need to ask! :)
 

10. Do you have kitchen facilities ?
We do not serve breakfast , but we have a dining area with some basic appliances : we have a fridge where you can place your shopping from the supermarket, a microwave for you to heat food, a kettle for boiling water ( we also offer you teabags, coffee and sugar ) and last but not least, two machines with coffee and some snacks.  The kitchen itself is  - We're so sorry !
 

11. Is there a curfew?
No curfew here at Hostel Pisa Tower - we're open 24/7!  Please respect our rules, no one other than you is allowed to sleepover!!
 

12. Are there Car Parking facilities?
Yes, you may make use of public parking spaces (the blue lines!) between 08:00am and 02:00pm in the surround areas, including our street.
 

FAQ about your reservation:


1. Is there a LOCAL TAX ?
Yes. Unfortunately from the 1st day of march 2012,  the municipality decided to introduce a new local tax of € 1,00 per guest per night. The local tax is not included in the cost of your accomodation and is only payable by cash upon arrival.
 

2. What methods of payment are acceptable?
If your booking is under the amount of 100Euros, you must pay in cash.  If your booking is worth over 100Euros, you may pay using the common credit and debit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.).  We do not accept travellers' cheques and personal cheques. When making a reservation either a credit card number or deposit is required to secure the booking.
For Groups we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the balance paid 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
 

3. What is the cancellation and pre-authorization Policy?
We apply a 5 day notice of cancellation. If a guest does not show up and does not cancel 5 days before his/her arrival, the first night of the entire stay will be debited / pre-authorized from the card used to secure the booking.
 

4. How can I change my booking ?
If you want to change your booking, you can do so yourself by using the same website used to book ( Hostelworld, Hostelbookers, Booking, etc.).

Abilita Javascript per vederlo. ) with the same name used for the reservation and your reference number.  [Due to past unpleasant experiences, we no longer accept modifications or cancellations made by phone!]
 

5. We are a small group of people, how do we book?
For groups of six people and above, we require a 50% deposit (to secure your booking) and would greatly appreciate a warning of any cancellations
at least two weeks prior to the arrival date.
